Leather, consoles and cup holders
Interior detailing in Prospect, CT
Seats, consoles, vents and mats, one car at a time in the bay. Drop-off only.
Where an interior wears first
The driver's seat bolster takes the most abuse. Every entry and exit drags across it, and on light leather the finish cracks into a crease long before the rest of the seat shows its age.
Cup holders and the center console wear in a different way. Grit, dried spills and the film left by hands pack into seams and hinge lines, where a quick wipe never reaches.

How an interior goes through the bay
The car comes in on a drop-off appointment and takes the only bay. Don works on one vehicle at a time, so seats, console, vents and floor mats all get the same attention instead of a rushed pass between other cars.
Loose dirt comes out of the seams first, then the leather is cleaned and conditioned by hand. Every microfiber that touches the vehicle is brand new, never washed and discarded after use, so grit from the last car never reaches this one.
Booking an interior detail
No price is published for interiors, because the work depends on the vehicle and on what the cabin has been through. Quotes are by phone or email: send the make, the model and a description of the wear.
Everything is by appointment and drop-off only. There is no waiting area, and clients may not wait in their vehicle during service.

Before and after, one line of light
A worn, creased bolster above the line, the restored one below it. The center console is shown the same way, split down the middle of one frame.
